Sweet! The Wii version of the DOH! Network website fits just right on the New HTC Incredible phone so with a little tweaking, I have a mobile version of the DOH! Network. I need to clean up the whole site so every page works on mobile devices but that's a lot of work and there's not enough time at the moment. Maybe some day.
I got my StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty beta key a couple of weeks ago and I am just getting around to downloading it. Maybe I'll have time to try it this weekend. Have to check it out before May 31 when Blizzard will shut it down to prepare the July launch of the full game.
Steam for Mac has finally launched. All users can get Portal for free for a limited time. That should be enough to get all the Mac users playing but there are a whole bunch of games already available for Mac. Slashdot has more info on Steam for Linux too. Hopefully by the end of summer, Linux users can be joining in on all the fun.
We're in the middle of a reorganization at work that should relieve me of some of my day to day work load but it is slow going with people trying to get up to speed on what other people have to do in their daily updates. It would be nice if some people would show some initiative and be proactive but it looks like it will be baby steps for a long time. I'm crossing my fingers that it may bring about the return of Burning Mass. I don't know why but all this writing documentation and trying to get everybody up to speed makes me want to delete the DOH! Network website and build it from scratch. I did get to create templates for Disney XD's new Phineas and Ferb website the other day so that was nice. Look for that in a couple of weeks.
Microsoft has finally signed off on the free release of the community built Mechwarrior 4. You can download Mechwarrior 4 for free from the official MekTek website but since their sight is down at the moment, check out ShackNews for more Mechwarrior 4 info on what you will find in the new game. Ah, that brings back memories of my first LANs with Sonic Reducer when we would play Mechwarrior and it was pretty much just back and forth I kill him, he kills me, I kill him, he kills me. (Thanks to ShackNews)
