Ok. Plex is working on reboot thanks to Slacker133701's comment. I previously had rc.plexmediaserver
in /etc/rc.d/rc.local
but updating to /etc/rc.d/rc.plexmediaserver start
fixes it.

Ok. Gamedig and Minecraft are working now. I followed the steps on the pages I linked in a previous update but I swear, java is not found when I try to find it on the server but apparently it is working. I need to make a 'how to' with clear steps of what needs to be done but I don't even remember what I did this time and I just did it.
Also figured out the battery on the latest server died and that is what caused me to keep getting the L99 99 99 99 screen earlier. The bios was not being saved so the server was fine if I restarted it but if I unplugged it to move it, the bios would revert. Luckily, the battery for he garage door opener is the same battery and I bought a two pack when I updated the garage door opener a couple of months ago.
DOH! Stupid server required a rebuild. Started digging in to the problem and the server kpept enabling legacy mode in the bios resulting in a screen of 99s. Would switch to UEFI but it would switch back after a couple of reboots. Slim Server, Plex, and MySQL are back up and running. Gamedig and Minecraft are next.
DOH! No changes have been made to the server in a couple of months but for some reason, the SQL database won't load. The fixes suggested online for 'ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)' have not been very helpful so far.

Nice! Spectrum updated the internet speed here at the DOH! Network to 300MB at no charge. If only we had a game server to run. We'll have to install a 32bit library to run most games though.
