Congratulations goin' out to NOPAL and the missus on the birth of their twins last night. I'm guessing he won't be jumping on the DOH! Network Quake 3 server any time soon.
I made a track for Track Mania Nations that Bongoboy has given the Bongo Seal of Approval. It's a pretty challenging track with lots of turns and jumps. Not impossible but it will suck up quite a lot of your time trying to finish it with a somewhat decent time. The time I got when I validated it is pretty easy to beat but my best time will keep you starting over for the slightest bobble. Lil Trooper is going to try it with his steering wheel tonight (I use keyboard only) and see what kind of time he can get so check back in a couple of days to see if the best time has changed. The record right now stands at 3:43:94.

I started up an old school Quake 3/Team Arena server on the DOH! Network. Keep an eye on the game server page to see which one is running. I usually have a couple of bots in there if you want to jump in and nobody's around.
I'm debating on if I should switch to a blog program like Pivot or Movable Type. Since I've had my site it's always been something I coded myself and I like to say I know what makes it all work but I was setting up a test Pivot site on Nopal's server the other day and it was super easy and has a lot of cool features like backing up your entries, comments and RSS feeds. I need to see how easy it is to customize and if I can add tracking code and junk before I decide to make it official or not. If I do switch to it I'd like to customize it to look like the current site but looking at some of the sites currently using it, it looks like it's really easy to screw up the alignment of things so it will probably take some doing.
I was watching 'The Last Man on Earth' starring Vincent Price the other day and I got to thinking. Every day he gets up and goes out looking for more vampires to kill and he worked his way half way across the city by the look of the map he keeps on the wall. Why doesn't he start by killing the vampires that are banging on his house every night? Surely they live like right next door and if he killed them he could get some peace and quiet at night. And what about Day of the Dead? There's a bunch of walking dead at the gate of a military base. You'd think a military base would have a flamethrower they could use to burn all the living dead.
I was looking at my website traffic the other day and man I get a lot of traffic from search engines for people looking for black mexicans. Of like fifty searches like forty or forty five are for the word 'mexicans' and prbably thirty five are for 'black mexicans'. For those people that got here via that search, there's no black mexican info here. The search engines are linking to this site because of the Mexicans In Black icon on the bottom of the right side nav. Sorry for the confusion. No 'black mexicans' here.
